Should I not request a payout, what will happen to any pending balance on my SuperGaminator account?

You are strongly encouraged to request a payout of any pending balance on your account. In the eventuality that there is any pending balance on your account post the shutdown, you are still able to request a payout by contacting our customer support on email@example.com. Please note that Eagle Rock Limited, in accordance with its statutory and legal obligations, will remit any pending balance in your account to the Malta Gaming Authority once your account has been inactive for thirty months.
