If your identity and relevant details have already been verified by Eagle Rock Limited, this information and documentation will be taken into consideration when processing your payout. Therefore, provided that the documentation that you have provided so far is sufficient, you will not be required to submit additional information. However, please keep in mind that it is in Eagle Rock’s discretion to determine whether documentation previously submitted shall suffice for payout purposes and whether any further documentation is required prior to processing your payout.
In accordance with Eagle Rock Limited’s statutory and legal obligations, Eagle Rock Limited shall be in possession of the following documentation:
- A proof of identity – photo or scan of the front and back (in color) of your valid passport, identity card or driver's license;
- A proof of address – dated within the last six months;
- A Bank statement – dated within the last six months.
We gladly accept the following documents as proof of address:
Registration certificate, utility bills (electricity, water, gas), internet or telephone clearly stating your full name and address.
