KYC (Know Your Customer) is the acronym we use when referring to the process of verifying a gaming account.

How does the verification process work?

Before a customer can make his/her first withdrawal, he/she must send us a copy of his/her ID (passport, personal ID card or driver’s licence). In some cases, further documents are required to complete the KYC process. Verification of the account may even be requested at an earlier point for a variety of reasons, such as security.

Which documents are required for the extended KYC process?

If a form of ID is insufficient for the account to be verified, we will request the following:

  • a photo of you holding your ID next to your face
  • a copy of an electricity/gas/water/telephone/internet bill that shows your address

Depending on the deposit method used, we may require further documents that prove you are the account holder. These may include:

  • a copy an account statement
  • screenshots of your e-wallet account (PayPal, NETELLER or Skrill)
